Ninja Classes are fast paced. Classes combine a combination of obstacle course training, free form movement, gymnastics and martial arts. Perfect for active kiddoes with lots of energy ages 4-12 years old.


Ninja learn to tumble, kick and flip off walls. The coaches will run them until they are tired and then teach them new skills. The sport of Ninja is to move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity.

Tramp & Tumbling


Tramp and tumbling gymnastics classes focus on developing strength, agility, coordination, and aerial skills through trampoline and tumbling exercises. Ninjas


Beginner to advanced Ninja classes is perfect for a new ninja or experienced pro. Classes are broken down by age/skill to provide the best experience possible for your ninja. Enjoy obstacle courses, gymnastics, and challenging fun adventures in little ninjas class. Classes meet once per week for 45-60 minutes.
