  • How do I renew my subscription?

    You can renew your classes by logging into your parent portal and finding a right class for you. If you are new to Chalk It Up you can create a portal and find a class that fits your athletes needs!

  • Refund for missed classes

    Please note that refunds are not available for any classes you sign up for. If you wish to unenroll, you must do so at least two weeks prior to the next billing cycle. Unenrollment requests can be submitted via email or through the Parent Portal.


    Failure to unenroll within this timeframe will result in being charged the full monthly fee, regardless of attendance.

  • Is there sessions

    Please note that we operate on a month-to-month enrollment basis and do not run seasonal sessions. While families have the flexibility to adjust their schedules, we strongly encourage athletes to remain enrolled consistently throughout the year.


    Gymnastics is a year-round sport, and consistent attendance is key to progress and skill development. Taking extended breaks or attending inconsistently can significantly impact your child’s growth and performance in the sport.
